I had such an amazing experience here! In an emergency situation, I had to find a dentist quickly, and the team at Rittenhouse Smiles was able to get me in right away. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and accommodating! Destiny and Dr. Cooper were so amazing and informative, and set up a plan to treat my problem right away. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I had been having severe tooth pain for two days and messaged Rittenhouse Smiles on the weekend, thinking I would get a response on Monday. I was so appreciative that they responded on Sunday and got me a next day appointment. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and have some anxiety around it, but everyone I met was beyond nice and accommodating. I really appreciated Dr. Cronin’s attention to detail. She knew it was important for me to see a periodontist (which I promise to make an appointment!), so she helped manage what could be financially feasible for me while also getting me out of pain. I appreciate a provider who believes in helping patients achieve their health goals without breaking the bank. I look forward to my future appointments with this team.

I feel so lucky to have been referred here. The entire Rittenhouse Smiles team is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that as a brand new patient, they still fit me in last minute for an urgent appointment. It felt like a spa experience. They went out of their way to make me comfortable, and I’ve never felt more cared for at a dentist’s office. Dr. Cronin and Destiny were fantastic in treating me and communicating with me during my procedure. Dr. Cronin even called to check in on me the next day. I cannot recommend Dr. Cronin and Rittenhouse Smiles strongly enough!

After some bad dental experiences in the past, I can confidently say that Rittenhouse Smiles has completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist! Dr. Cooper and the whole team are so welcoming and friendly, making every visit a pleasant one. I used to dread dental appointments, but now I actually look forward to my cleanings! A nice touch: they’ve got a coffee station and a fridge stocked with drinks, so you can help yourself while you wait. Plus, they offer a comfort menu with options to make your treatment even more relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free dental experience!

I have never ever liked going to the dentist, but Rittenhouse Smiles has officially changed that! Due to my sensitive teeth, I've always had a lot of anxiety with dentists, but Destiny went way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, Dr. Cooper explained everything she was doing and helped me to feel involved in my own dental care, and Shalu made the scheduling process so smooth over both email and phone. I cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, this is the place for you! Every single step, from making the appointment, to the exam itself, was so efficient and painless. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rittenhouse Smiles had gained a new lifelong patient!

As someone who has tried their luck with many dental offices, more than I care to admit, Rittenhouse Smiles is the best I’ve ever been too and I cannot recommend them enough! There was little to no wait time for my visits. The administrative staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone that I have seen thus far has been so gentle and reassuring with me - this includes the tech who did my X-rays (I believe her name was Cheryl), Dr. Cronin with my exam, and the hygienist Julie. All of them educated me on how to care for my teeth, no one judged me, and I don’t fear my next dental visits for once, I actually look forward to it! Lastly, my dental insurance left me with terrible options, so I was willing to pay anything for good care, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the dental care club plan was!

The dentist can be scary for those of us who’ve had a lot of work done from childhood on. But I had such a warm, personal, and thorough visit at Rittenhouse Smiles (and this coming from someone with a litany of dental stuff from the past) that I’m a happy convert after being overdue for a cleaning and general consult. Lovely staff, incredible comfort menu (!), and real hands-on care—makes all the difference. Glad my friend recommended them and now I can too!

I am so pleased with my experience at Rittenhouse Smiles. I initially ended up here for a second opinion - I was met with a warm welcome and a thorough, patient, and kind explanation of everything. I have never felt rushed and I have felt like my questions and concerns are always welcome. I have since returned for cleanings and had an incredibly positive experience. In addition to the care itself (which really does feel meticulous), everyone is SO KIND, the office is clean, and everyone goes the extra mile to help make the experience comfortable.

Dr. Cooper is truly awesome. She met me where I was without judgement, provided me useful insight and education regarding my dental health, and made sure that I felt heard when addressing my concerns. She also performed the most gentle routine cleaning and cavity filling I’ve ever received.

What a wonderful experience I had. Everyone here was so kind and helpful from setting up the appointment to getting checked in by Audree to having my teeth cleaned by the doctor themselves! The view from the office is amazing looking out at the city and they offer comfort amenities that just make it an overall fantastic experience

I absolutely love coming to Rittenhouse Smiles (as much as one can love the dentist). Having lived in five different states, I've had to find new dentists each time, and without a doubt, Rittenhouse Smiles stands out as my favorite of all the dental offices I've visited. I discovered this practice about a year ago and have been back a few times since. The team is consistently warm and welcoming, creating such a positive atmosphere. Dr. Cronin truly takes the time to sit down with you, explaining your options in detail and walking you through what she's seeing. I really appreciate her transparent communication. Julie, the hygienist, is wonderful—so kind and personable. This office has completely changed my perspective on dental visits; I no longer dread going! I rave about Rittenhouse Smiles to everyone I know, especially about the amazing staff and their comfort menu.

One of the best dental visits I've had -- I wasn't an established patient but chipped a tooth last night and was able to book an appointment to be seen this morning. I spoke to Shalu on the phone, who was kind and very professional when explaining my options, including different pricing plans. I arrived to meet her, Olivia, and Hank, the adorable playful office dog, who brightened my day even more. The check-in process was smooth, and there are numerous options from the "Wellness Menu" to make any wait, and the treatment itself, easier. Cherelle was my dental x-ray tech and was very fun to talk to. She knew exactly what she was doing and made the rather uncomfortable process of taking x-rays smooth. Dr Cooper did my assessment. She was friendly and very thorough, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing as well as what she saw, in real time. 100% recommend this place if you're looking for friendly, efficient, and most importantly, proactive, dental work!

It’s easy to see why Dr. Cronin has been named "Top Dentist" seven years in a row. The practice has amazing views in every room, state-of-the-art equipment, and a clean, modern, welcoming atmosphere. Andrea is fantastic. She's attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain every step of the way. She made me feel completely comfortable, and I knew I was in great hands the entire time. This was truly a 5-star experience.

I recently started going to Rittenhouse Smiles after putting off finding a new dentist for a while and my experience was great! I struggle with hygiene habits and general anxiety with going to the dentist. Dr. Cooper was very kind to thoroughly explain everything she was doing and was concerned about without making me feel ashamed. They have a lot of accommodations for people and are easy to book with!

I’m a new patient at Rittenhouse Smiles with Dr. Cooper. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. The comfort menu is an amazing touch! Weighted blankets?! Neck pillows?! WINE?!? And more! Very thorough exam too. Views of the city are amazing. Plus treats on your way out. Am recommending to all my friends.

Initially contacted them due to a molar breaking over the weekend. They responded the next day and scheduled me for that Monday. Everyone was very polite and caring. Dr. Boules was very thorough when examining my tooth and at explaining every detail. I ended up getting a crown and the process was super smooth and my tooth was fixed pretty quickly with no issues. I’m actually in the process of making Rittenhouse Smiles my primary dental practice.

I cannot say enough about the consistent quality of impeccable care and treatment that I have received over the years at this dental office. The careful concern for detail and the welfare of the patient: is beyond the standard level of care. It is superlative.
Over the years, I have had extensive dental repairs: basically this office rebuilt my mouth. Without fail, careful and cautious, analysis of each tooth was done, along with careful, explanations of all procedures, with decreasing my anxieties along the way. I feel safe and secure with this dental office.
