By far, the best in all categories. Service, reception, atmosphere, and communication, especially. I was rarely given such options (if any) in my treatment with previous dentists. Indepth information on my condition and options for treatment were well-presented, with my opinions valued. An absolute 100% score. Dr. Cooper was the most focused dentist I've ever experienced. I just can't say enough to praise Rittenhouse Smiles.

HUGE fan of everyone at this office - front desk dealing with my shenanigans (read: 4th grade knowledge of how insurance works), the dental assistants making me laugh the whole time, and the dentist for squeezing me into her schedule when I, yet again, chipped my tooth doing something stupid.

Just wanted to leave a quick review. Had my first consultation and exam here today and I wanted to give mention to Destiny, Audree and Dr Aurora Dalipaj, they were lovely. Very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The visit felt very personal and I didnt feel like i was just another patient in a long line of patients they had to deal with for the day, nothing felt rushed, which is the opposite to how my last dentistry felt. I sometimes feel bad because i like asking questions which i understand holds them up a little but Destiny and Aurora were more than happy to teach me {and show me!} what was going on inside my mouth. As an inquisitive person I can't say how much I appreciated learning things while i was there, it goes a long way to making me feel comfortable. I had no idea I even had torride {spelling?} or thats even what having extra bone was referred to, until Destiny schooled me on it within the first ~5 minutes. Looking forward to more visits here, thank you all again.

I cracked a tooth on a Sunday, and had work travel first thing Monday morning and was very anxious about what to do. I called and the folks at Rittenhouse Smiles were absolutely incredible. They came in on Sunday and fixed the crack and were incredible kind and helpful. I can’t thank them enough for coming in for me on a Sunday with very little notice. Rittenhouse Smiles was by far the best dental care I’ve ever gotten. Bri did an amazing job with my intake and imaging, and she was very nice and personable. Dr. Cooper was amazing and was so thorough and answered all of my questions and explained things specific to my oral health that I’ve never heard before so I feel so much more educated with oral care just after the first consultation. Office staff are all very nice and welcoming as well and figured out my dental insurance information for me which was very nice. Really excited to be established as a patient here and have top notch dental care, thank you!

I'm so glad I switched to Rittenhouse Smiles a few years ago. I used to dread going to the dentist, but the team at Smiles makes me feel so taken care of. Specifically, Julie is a fantastic dental hygienist - I feel like she really knows me, and I always look forward to seeing her! That same level of care extends throughout the practice. When my permanent retainer fell out over the weekend, the team was able to get me in first thing Monday. Dr. Cronin did a great job fixing it and was also very clear about what could be handled in-house and when a specialist was needed. Hello. I would like to take this opportunity to express some of my thoughts about Rittenhouse Smiles. I have been a patient, for quite a number of years, of Dr. Andrea Cronin. I initially would like to say that five stars is not enough to correlate with the incredible caring that the people in this practice exhibit, professionalism, extreme openness of communication, and the very top of excellence of dental care. Each time I had a dental situation Dr. Cronin has been and still is so clear and in a very cogent manner, In the way, she breaks down the problem that we are dealing with, various solutions to the problem, set up a treatment plan at the same time, explaining every word of what she thinks should be done, what I need to expect, and reassured me every single time that there is a solution to the dental issue at hand. Dr. Cronin and her staff, in my opinion, truly put the patient first. There’s a degree of safety in that office that in turn, at least for me, leads to extreme trust in Dr. Cronin’s judgment and insight as she approaches a problem. Trust me I’ve been in the office many times and I can’t think of one time in which there hasn’t been a well thought out treatment plan.
