I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you experienced any bad experiences at other dentists in the past.I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years because of some horrible experiences in the past. I was scared of going to another dentist, but when I visited Rittenhouse Smiles, I was greeted by everyone with kindness and compassion. Audree reassured me even before my treatment has begun. My dental hygienist, Zoe, would periodically check on me to see if I was still okay during my cleaning. Everyone is always there to give you the brightest smile you deserve!I’m really glad I found Rittenhouse Smiles!

Overwhelmingly positive experience!!!From start to finish, I was treated with sheer hospitality and respect. The chemistry among the providers, staff, and patients is unmatched and evidently permeates throughout the practice. I even got the chance to nerd out with Dr. Boules as he knowledgably (and graciously) fielded my various questions.Not to mention the Comfort Menu?! Never have I been offered a glass of wine, noise-cancelling headphones, a weighted blanket, (insert comfort item here) at a DENTAL office!For the first time I can truly say that I look forward to my next visit to the dentist. If you aren't a patient here, you are missing out!!

I recently had my 2nd dental cleaning at Rittenhouse Smiles. The entire staff is amazing, especially Dr. Z, Kiki and Audree, and I am so happy I found this dental practice! I feel like I am in great hands whenever I am there, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.Edit: 3/2024 - I still have nothing but kind and positive things to say about Rittenhouse Smiles! My hygienist, Julie, and Dr. Mark are both fantastic. It may be weird to say I love going to the dentist, but that’s how great the team is! They make it a great experience every time I go. From the second you walk through the door, you sense something is different! A vibrant, warm, welcoming and comforting feeling immediately comes over you. I was greeted by a friendly, smiling office receptionist who helped me navigate my insurance needs, she was very knowledgeable and made this process very easy.I was impressed that I was immediately taken back for my treatment, honestly, it’s the first time visiting a doctors office that I sensed they had an appreciation for my time and schedule.My dental hygienist Jill, took the time to educate me while cleaning my teeth and was very gentle. I loved the warm colors of the treatment room & certainly the large windows framing the Philadelphia skyline, helped relax any anxiety I had.I later returned for a filling, Dr. Cronin & her assisant were wonderful. They educated me on my dental procedure and what was going to take place. The process was very fast, comfortable and most important, painless. I did require an additional procedure that required a specialist...... Dr. Cronin immediately was able to text another doctor & schedule me that needed appointment a day later. WHAT REALLY SURPRISED ME.....was the follow up call I later received that evening from Dr. Cronin, she called to check on my procedure and make sure I had no complications or discomfort.....wow when does that ever happen anymore!?!!??Rittenhouse Smiles CARES, listens and provided me the medical support from top to bottom that I needed. I look forward to a long and loyal relationship with my new found friends:)PS - when is the last time you arrive to a lobby featuring candles, free coffee and WINE if you’d like. My treatment room housed a TV with my name on it welcoming me that day. I was offered Bose headphones containing music of my choice. My experience ended with a HOT, Lavender towel treatment.......for a minute I thought I was finishing a spa day or dinner at the Capital Grill.....nice touch ladies:)

I cannot recommend this dentistry enough. They were able to accommodate me extremely last minute to fix my chipped tooth before a wedding and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and fully informed of the procedure. Their staff is very friendly (including Hank the emotional support puppy!) and they were incredibly attentive my entire visit.

I moved to Philly 5 years ago and for the longest time couldn’t find a dentist that I liked. Everywhere else has always felt impersonal. That is until I was referred to Rittenhouse Smiles. I’ve never been to a more pleasant doctors office. Everyone is extremely kind and Zoe even remembered that my wife and I were about to have a baby the last time I saw them! I can’t recommend Rittenhouse Smiles enough.

This is by far the best dental organization I have ever had the privilege to pay for...yes, the privilege to pay for. Everyone in this ogranization is so classy, attentive and thoughtful...it is amazing. I have been a patient for five years and they never fail to outclass themselves. I've never had a better dental experience and I have lived in four different states with multiple practioners.While it isn't an inexpensive appointment (because Rittenhouse), they aren't out to gouge you - they offer wonderful service for a fair price.I have no monetary ties to this company - just a really happy customer!

I highly recommend Dr. Cronin and Rittenhouse Smiles. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout your appointment. I used to have so much anxiety going to the dentist, but all the staff at Rittenhouse Smiles have made it a much less stressful experience. Shalu at the front desk is SO helpful with answering insurance questions and getting claims submitted.

I love coming here. Everyone is super nice and friendly, they are incredibly thorough in their care. Everyone at the front has been super helpful with billing and they even offer their own discount program. The staff seem to genuinely enjoy working together and they’ve created a really cozy atmosphere. They also offer headphones, stress balls, a support dog, and many other accommodations to make sure you are as comfortable as possible while in their care.

**girl with extreme dental anxiety here - walked into the office already in tears and everyone was unbelievably kind to me. got to pet Hank, got offered so many things for comfort, and everything happened with my permission at my pace. Julie was so supportive and for the first time ever, didn’t SHAME me for getting a cavity or being scared - just praised the work I put into my hygiene!

Excellent patient care! I had bad experiences with my previous dentist in center city and was in search of a new provider. Rittenhouse Smiles knocked it out of the park from my first phone call through my the end of first appointment. They addressed my concerns with transparency and kindness and made me feel well taken care of. I cannot say enough about the consistent quality of impeccable care and treatment that I have received over the years at this dental office. The careful concern for detail and the welfare of the patient: is beyond the standard level of care. It is superlative.
Over the years, I have had extensive dental repairs: basically this office rebuilt my mouth. Without fail, careful and cautious, analysis of each tooth was done, along with careful, explanations of all procedures, with decreasing my anxieties along the way. I feel safe and secure with this dental office.
